I have no clue 
Since I can't play on BetFair from Canada, I don't even see the promo materials
I'll bump the question up to those that do.
If you don't get an answer by tomorrow, I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on if necessary.
