I'm not familiar with 6+hold'em, but in a normal hold'em game a straight wins against trips. Maybe good to read the The Rules of 6+ Hold’em.

Different sites have different rules for 6+ Holdem.
On ipoker trips beat a straight.
On Pokerstars a straight beats trips.
