Hello, for some reason all the videos are cut in the first 4 minutes and I don't know how to fix this, can anyone help?
Hi Xcaster
Welcome to PokerStrategy.com
When you first join PokerStrategy.com your status is "Basic"
Basic member are limited to a selection of introductory videos.
See the list here: https://www.pokerstrategy.com/video/?query=&content_type=0&game_type=0&table_size=0&language%5B%5D=en&status%5B%5D=5&submit=Search
To see the rest of the videos, you'll need a higher status.
To get a higher status, open an account at an affiliated room using one of our codes.
Be sure to check out the free money offers and bonus offers.
Read the instructions carefully -- they usually apply to rooms where you don't already have an account.
You many even get some free cash along with your new status.
What kind of games do you normally play?
Cash Games? Sit-and-Go? MTTs?
Do you just play Hold'em or do you play any other variants?
If you're totally new to poker, I recommend reading our No Limit Hold'em lessons overview articles first.
That article leads you through the basics and beyond.
It is even recommended if you've played a while ♠_biggrin:
If you have any questions, just post them in the Q&A forum.
All the best,

Thanks for the reply, I already have an account on pokerstars and just yesterday made on bet365 and unfortunately I did not put any codes. Is there another way to get a higher status? Also I don't have a lot of flexibility with poker sites since my country does not support most of them.

Hi Xcaster,
I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your bet365 username, the date when you joined and so on. There is a faint chance that your account can be tracked.
If that doesn't work, I suggest GGPoker and 888 as good alternates for new members if those are possible.
If nothing else works, you can buy points -- see: https://www.pokerstrategy.com/buy-points/
All the best,
