And this depends on table dynamics. He stealing a lot, you re-stealing a lot will be important. You should go by feel here, if he has never done this before than I fold.
If you suck and play just by stats than look for steal %, fold to 3bet in Button, 4bet% in Button and adjust. You also need to consider your own stats and image, and his perception of your image and you can fold or push ;o

Looks good to me. You could overcall as well. But 3betting is completely fine. 5bet/fold is out of question. So we can only call/5betshove or fold. And I prefer fold since everything else sucks.
