My account has been restricted for deposits/withdrawals for some cryptic reason.
Apparently the not so intelligent Pokerstars AI has associated me with some shady user.
Could not care less, because I neither know the alleged shady user, nor have I done anything wrong other the regularly depositing and losing .

However, this is an annoying repeat. Last time it took Pokerstars almost a month to resolve the issue. I actually did never receive any explanation, nor notification. They did not respond to emails, did not send any updates, nothing. So now I will try to get a reaction by posting this where I can.

The upside: I have no money on the site now, and can use my bankroll to check other innovative poker sites. Any suggestions?

Update. Issue has been resolved in the mean time (after several months). No explanation, no apology, nothing.

So glad to hear that the problem is resolved.
No, there are never explanations!

The official reason is that revealing the reasons might tip off truly shady characters on ways to defeat their investigative methods.

Streaming really does add complexity!
Sometimes I feel it is too much of a distraction -- at other times I think I concentrate more...
