I live in canada and i tried to unlock the $50 initial capital but apparently I'm no eligible, i wanted to know which countries are eligible for this offer as i have a Facebook group that may be interested in joining the community but not sure if they can have this offer.
Could you please specify which countries are eligible for this offer.

I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as the room you tried to sign up for, the date when you joined and so on.
PokerStrategy.com members -- even moderators -- have no access to account info, so can't really help in the forums.
