Note for the hand: this was 4th time in a row I 3bet villain for value, that's where I get the extra 50BB from, so I expected him to call looser and maybe be a bit tilted, in an other situation I would fold OTR.

Pacific Poker - $0.10 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 3 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

Hero (SB): 148.5 BB
BB: 100 BB
BTN: 324.8 BB

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Q♣ A♥

BTN raises to 2.5 BB, Hero raises to 7.5 BB, fold, BTN calls 5 BB

Flop: (16 BB, 2 players) A♠ 7♠ 5♦
Hero bets 10.3 BB, BTN calls 10.3 BB

Turn: (36.6 BB, 2 players) 3♣
Hero bets 22.1 BB, BTN calls 22.1 BB

River: (80.8 BB, 2 players) 7♥
Hero checks, BTN bets 284.9 BB and is all-in, Hero???

What would you do on the river?
What would you play different in the hand?

Hi!

As played folding on river here is good. He could turn his flush draw into bluff, but I guess, it's not the case here. You are too deep to call here. It's more, than 100BB is the effective stack here.
Maybe I would do a small bet OTR(1/3pot), because there are Ax-s here, which would call here. if he reraises your cbet, then you can fold.

I'm curious about others opinions aswell.

Bet river like half pot or 3/4th pot and fold to a reraise.
As played, not easy, I would be inclined to fold. If you have seen him going allin with bluffs you can call, but wouldnt risk it without decent read.
