Well, technically 
is the best card, because with the J you don't have the nuts.
I would never fold this, and if I find villain with a full house, I just sigh and play the next hand.

Pre-flop seems like a easy fold out of postion with 97s against a 3bet.
97s is already a pretty loose hand to open with.
Post-flop is standard with a pair and straight draw and you hit it in the end.

I think hand was played fine. Open is on loose side but it's decent hand to call as it's not often dominated outside of overpairs. Plus villain 3bet is too small with antes in play.
Postflop is fine and turn is better for your range. Likely reason why villain didn't shove turn as he was afraid of Tx.
Not sure about river. Easy check if we assume villain to shove overpairs but I think those should be checking. It's fairly hard for us to call with weaker hands. If flop would have busted fd I would more often shove river myself but as it was rainbow I lean toward check to protect our checking range. Not folding river ever with this low SPR.
