hi , i won 100$ in Mach 250 promotion and 4 days ago i decided to move them to my Mansion accout. the money were taken by this account and i can t see them anymore but they didn t apear in my Mansion account and i didn t recive any mail of confirmation related to this action
What happened?

Hey karmolll,

If you requested them to be transferred - they should be there within the week. If they don't arrive on your Mansion account within the next few days please write a ticket to our support: http://www.pokerstrategy.com/help/

They have more access to the detailed information needed to answer the question than I do
