Preflop seems fine for me ofc can 3bet . Flop two pair easy call . Turn we have third nuts ,dont expect the limper have AA,KK ,maybe bigger bet like 2680/3050 to force vilain go allin

I like your way better.
Bet too large and you force villain to fold.
As long as he's willing to call, bet as large as you can without forcing the fold.
OTR he has 1/2 pot left, and he has a lot of hands in his range that like this board.
I think you played it very well.

No reason for that, your hand is not stron enough to reraise but to strong tol fold, so call is reasonable. Or you must have a reason to do that. In PKO villains don't fold a lot pre.
