i can't connect the site

I don't have any issiues with the client. Maybe reinstall the software could help.

Since yesterday, PokerStars has been solid also.
If you can open the client, you can check your network connection to the servers by clicking "Help" on the right-hand side, then "Show Network Status"

If you cannot even open the client, email support@pokerstars.eu, and explain the situation.
They'll send you instructions on how to send your log files and configuration files, then what to do to fix it.

This has happened to me before, and I had to delete some files from the config folder and save others to a separate location.
The config folder is %localappdata%\PokerStars\
The file you will need to save is notes.<your PokerStars username>.xml

If you decide to re-install without contacting support, be sure to save that file!
Also, do a full uninstall before re-installing from a fresh download of the client.

All of the above assumes you're on a Windows computer.
If Apple or Mobile, I can't help.

Thanks! I checked network status only problem with Australia so i don't think this was the problem for me. All the time when my ps client crashes and pc too after restart most of time i have to download ps client again. But only problem all my settings is missing when this is happening. I try save my ps setting and i got one answer another ps forum. But if you know please write which directories i have to copy and backup or save.

Ok, now i see VorpalF2F wrote what i do ps client settings save. thanks again, i try it. Because yesterday about all setting i had to re setup again and lasted about 30 minutes.

I found notes my name.xml and another else what i have to save? This isn't just a notes or all my settings too? xc or img cache directory?

Let's be careful out there!
One of the things that can cause client crashes is a corrupt settings file, so if you preserve your settings file, and then try to use it, you may cause your crash.

If your client crashes frequently, try to find a cause.
Heat is a frequent culprit, especially in the summer.
There are a number of tools you can use to monitor the temperature. I use Open Hardware Monitor
This is what the output looks like -- see if you can guess when I started streaming

When I first started streaming, my computer would randomly crash -- or even shut down. The temperature was pegging at 100C -- above 80C intel processors throttle the speed back.

OK assume that it is not heat.
 Backup your computer
 Make sure your patches are up to date.
 Make sure that there is sufficient space on your system drive.
 Use Task Manager to identify all the programs running that you don't need. Close them

Steps to preserve your PokerStars Config:
1:club:  Open the folder %localappdata% (you may need to enable "Hidden Items" in the view menu)
2♦  Drag the entire PokerStars folder to a safe location like a flash drive
3♥  Delete the entire folder

Steps to restore your PokerStars Config:
1:club:  Download a fresh copy of PokerStars and re-install from scratch.
2♦  Log in and make sure it works. don't worry about your settings at this point.
3♥  If you wish, you could copy the user.ini file which now contains the initial state of a PokerStars installation
4♠  From the folder you preserved above, copy ONLY notes.name.xml and user.ini and replace what is there.

Give it a try.

Thank you very much. Very interesting because only miss when i download and install the latest client the settings but all my notes stay. But i already saved notes and now user.ini and i think i have to save user.bak file too.

And ok i will try check my pc temperature maybe this is causing the problem. But very-very rarely about 1-2 times a year.
