You're OOP, and your top pair is vulnerable. Even getting a K on the turn or river isn't going to make you shout for joy.

Untill the river it's pretty standard I think. You could think of check/shoving against the aggressor as well.

Preflop is 3bet much better, KQo is a perfect hand for this, you have a lot of blockers. As played is fine, good river bet.
