How or can hm3 track hands when i click on stop hud? Because once i think it was going he track my hands without hud playing in hm2 too ..

I don't know, but if you stop the HUD, the import continues, just the HUD doesn't show.
At least that is the way it used to be...
It would be cool if HM and PT4 could have an option to "ignore this table" so that if you choose that the import doesn't happen either.

Yes, the import runs independent from the HUD. You can stop the import too but next time you start the import again, the hands will be imported.
If you don't want hands from a specific site to be imported you need to remove the handhistory folders in the site settings.
You can also disable the HUD on one or all tables from the 'Table HUD' display and keep the import running as shown in the image below:
