Obvious question, no new videos at all during August 2020, and apart from a bit of a partner promo video for some expensive software I certainly could not afford, only one training video in July, have you stopped making training videos?
I feel a bit of an idiot for re-subbing to be honest, I know it's cheap, but I expect a little something.
I can't be the only one can I ?
Hi kondor101RNMD,
Since all live coaching is now done on twitch ( see: https://www.twitch.tv/pokerstrategydotcom/ ) the new videos stay in the "recent broadcasts" section there until they are added to the video library.
Also from time to time, interviews and final table reviews are featured in our news section I don't actually know if they ever become part of the video library.
I just checked and see there is a new one just today.
Best Regards,

So basically I can watch promotional and instructional videos on a piece of software you have teamed up with, or watch twitch for free.
Can I get a refund?

The videos a lot of the old training sites used to churn out were basically what twitch is now it just wasn't live so the need to make that sort of content is pretty much disappearing i think. And the demand for recorded sweat sessions has likely decreased because people have live interactive streams at their finger tips 24 hours a day all day every day.

Moderators have no access to such information.
I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can.
Not all of the newer videos were previously shown on Twitch.
Once the video is gone from Twitch -- a matter of a few weeks -- the videos will be available in the video library.

I feel stupid as well, as I just joined yesterday. It's sounds like a bit of a con tbh.
I think I'll open a ticket to see if there's a min schedule for each sub level.

You still have access to a huge video library if you haven't seen the old content then its new to you and well worth watching.
