Without any info I would go for thin value and protection on turn as well with the Q♥: blocker for the flush, but on river I would most likely just fold on his pot size shove. Tough to expect he will shove with a weaker flush.

I think we can check the turn.
We block QJ/Q10 & some combos of draws. We also have protection as we have the heart.
We're probably not going for 3 streets with this hand either.
