Really tough spot.
If you are deliberately playing a 20BB stack, then shove the turn. At least I think so -- it has been ages since I played short stack strategy.

If you're not playing short stack strategy, be sure to keep your stack topped up to near the max.
It would be horrid to have a monster and only get 40BB for it.

Yes -- it has been so long since I played either short- or mid-stack that I got confused.
40 BB buy-in is mid-stack.
Short-stack would be 20 BB -- and isn't widely available any more.

And then I made it worse with a typo.

So to make sure I'm not blowing smoke, I re-read the MSS post-flop strategy article
According to that article, you played it perfectly.

Im not sur because in the chart postflop if a raise i do reraise all in if i have a Monster draw (top pair whit a flush draw)

You are quite correct yet again -- I must be getting old.
I referred once again to the strategy article and found:

If you go strictly by that, then you raise the turn.
Since at that point, you will have > 1/3 your stack in the pot already, you shove.
The actual wording from the article is:

When you want to make a raise, you raise to 3 times of the bet of your opponent.

However in this case, you don't have that much, so it all goes in.
