I think I lose here because he may got doubles or set (maybe bluffing super hard, there is ppl who goes all in with shit in NL5). Would you pay in this situation?

Yeah, the check/raise is strong usually.
Some aggro players do it on A-high or K-high boards to punish players who CBet too much though, so I think that the flop call is OK.
Since he isn't giving up, and since you no longer have any decent draws, I agree that the fold OTT is necessary.
