Sorry, my English is not too good. I want to asking about my Silver Status. I purchased at 27 Oct 20 but when I check, I found my status will end at 31 Oct 20.
I thought when I purchased at 27 Oct 20, my status will end at 26 Nov 20 or something like this, etc...
Can someone answers my question?

I can verify that you will have silver status until November 30th. If there are any further issues, you can contact our customer service directly by opening a ticket.

An advice for next time would be to buy a status upgrade at the first day of the month.
If you buy on 1 November for example the status will expire on 1 January.
