To receive free poker money, you must take advantage of a free money offer
If you have done that, and followed the instructions accurately, it may take two or three days to complete the process.
There is a weekend coming up though, so it may take longer.
If you haven't heard by Monday I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.
