Pokerstars suspended my account and won't let me withdraw funds. Is that legal?

Really annoyed with PokerStars. They've suspended my account for no apparent reason and are not answering any emails from me. And their system will not permit me to withdraw my funds from their account.

Surely that's against the law?

Hi ld56veh,
Patience is the key.
You may never know why they took this action.

It certainly seems wrong, however there is a clause in their Terms of Service that permits them to do so.
That link points to the .com ToS -- they maybe different slightly in other jurisdictions.
See section 3 "Authority"

All the best,
VS

Have you tried to ask live chat for the reason or how to proceed?

same with my stars account. my account is blocked since i put 200 $ to my account. now around 300$ are gone and stars support told me to wait a "extended" period
until they finished inspecting.

Hey my account is still frozen and Stars dont care about mails.
What is with your account ?
I think the best solution is drawing public attention like that :
