Delay after deposit

I've never had any problems.
What deposit method are you using?

It has always been nearly immediate whenever I've tried.
There used to be a help button inside the cashier, but I could not find it.
They were always ready, willing and eager to help with deposits.

In the help tool, though, when you click "Contact us" the #1 category is Deposits.

Yea..did that already... weird stuff. Here I am wanting to play the EPT 215$ to throw my money at the sharks but they wont let me

I used my mastercard which I always use. Oh well...Guess it wasnt meant to be

I thought you were in Canada?
I cannot use my credit cards -- apparently due to Canadian banking law...

Huh? Never had issue to deposit with credit cards from quebec

It is possible that Quebec law overrides.
In any case -- solving any problems related to getting money will get their full attention!

I got an email today saying the deposit was processed.
Went on pokerstars, no money there. The good news at least is that they didn't take the money from my CC so it seems.
