You are the 4better in this hand, but I wouldn't call to often a 3bet out of position without closing the action. Any info on villains would be nice as well, but without any info this isn't to bad to 4bet TT pre-flop.

Whether to cold-call a 3Bet or 4Bet somewhat depends on implied odds also.
I don't mind doing so when deeper.
In the hand shown in the image, I prefer the 4Bet to a flat.
Next question,
What is your plan for the rest of this hand?
Imho cold call 3bet is sick, I prefer only 4bet.
If UTG is maniac OK 4bet and call shove of UTG and fold vs MP
