My standard response would be to flat, and call the squeeze from BB if it came
I might 3Bet to keep BB out if I wanted to be heads-up against the player I thought was weak.

As played there's just not enough information to go on.

Imho your 3bet is very large: (9bb are enough), after 4bet only call and play poker
