I played 1511 spins at the lowest level multitabling 2x, I won 44% of them and now I have 152 ChipEv.
-Did I play enough games to move up to 1$ or should I play more games to be sure that I beat the level?
-Another problem is that I don't have 150$ to play with good bankroll the 1$ spin, I only have 110$, is it too risky?

If you're worried about your money, it will affect your play, so choice #1 is to wait until you can play $1 comfortably
If you're eager to get started on the $1 spins, play a few -- maybe 10 or so, and see how you do. If you like the result keep going. If you don't like the result, move back down to the $0.25 spins.

You're definitely not wrong.
You'll need to win a decent number of higher multipliers though.
If you only count 2x games, you need to win 50% to break even obviously.
