What i am doing here? Call 3bet to setmine curious call on the flop cc turn and vilain c river and i shove , when i am thinking now its only bluff? I represent Ax hands and the dynamic seems that i have more Ax hands than he have , so when i put him on KQ i can check river and win the hand , but still have pairs? 88,99 not sure

I don't know if u have A3s or A4s in ur CO openingRange, if not this seems bluffy to me. Would u BetTurn A9 or AT (yes?)? Would u checkbehind 55/66(no?)?
But Villian does know all that, right?! I don't see Villian easy calling with 88/99/TT here, so maybe shove OOR is correct!

If the plan is to call only for set value you doesn't get the implied odds for it based on the call20 rule, but it's tough to see what the stack sizes are. You need to call 2,1k and you have around 10k more behind if I see it right.
As played it depends on villain I would call the flop with the intention to float and try to steal the pot on the turn or river with a shove.

You can't set mine profitably preflop. I would fold most of time and rarely shove. Postflop seems reasonable. Calling flop is perhaps ok and when villain check twice he rarely has Ax+ so bluff shove will likely work often enough. Flop is also rainbow so it will get credit imo.
On some runouts aiming to check to showdown is fine. You can't really put villain on one specific hand almost ever. You always play versus range. Villain can have good amount of better pockets and possibly some Jx or light 3bet hitting mid pair but as said people rarely take line like this with strong Ax or better.
