Nightmare hand.
Too strong to fold and too week to 4Bet shove (I think -- maybe I'm too 🐔)
If you are in this pot, you're flipping vs Ax (x > 10)
In fact you're behind against that range if you include JJ+

       Equity     Win     Tie
MP3    47.23%  46.93%   0.30% { TT }
CO     52.77%  52.48%   0.30% { JJ+, ATs+, KTs+, ATo+ }

But you're ahead if you consider that the table chip leader can 3Bet wider:

       Equity     Win     Tie
MP3    60.60%  60.35%   0.25% { TT }
CO     39.40%  39.15%   0.25% { JJ+, A2s+, KTs+, A2o+, KTo+ }

The Ace OTF seals it for me -- I'm out of here looking for a better spot.
Unless -- and this is a big unless -- CO is unusually aggro and opens much wider than standard.
In that case it might be worth floating as you did, but as played that's a good fold OTT I think

It's a nasty pre-flop spot. If you call like now you a basicly calling for set value and you haven't enough chips to do this. Most of the time I would shove or fold here. If you 4bet to like 25k you give villain decent odds to continue in position. post-flop is as played pretty standard.

Cheers,
