If you have done what they've asked all you can do is wait.

Some people think that repeated emails actually slows the process down.

I rather think that a combination of many new players, and smaller workforce makes for long delays.

If you do get to talk to a representative, always be upbeat and polite, even if you're feeling angry and frustrated.

Yes I was very patient and polite. The thing is waiting for a month for a withdrawal is really not good.

I start to think they are not so "busy" as they said. They replied very quickly until I made my withdrawal.

Yeah, it is frustrating.
When they are verifying your account, this often involves verifying your documents, which means they must wait for your local government to reply back.
