Pre-flop I'm not a fan of limping, but at a passive table I wouldn't mind it.
Post-flop I would just call the bet in a multi way pot with 4 outs for a straight and backdoor flush draw. Don't forget this is a multi way pot and than is bluffing a bad idea. Especially so small and on NL2. Now you need to fold for sure.

Just fold pre there's only one limper you cant guarantee others let you see a flop and postflop just call you want others to call and give you a better price on the draw.You got the added advantage of the back door flush draw id want to keep as many in the pot as possible at this point.And your fold equity isnt great in a mw pot.With the fd as well i think raising makes a bit more sense.

I don't like limping pots to start with. Being IP you should isolate to 4x (8c) then play in position postflop.

Also raising in multiway pots it's a bad idea with 3 clean outs. That means you improve on the T 6% of the time. Also by min raising you will not get a fold from another player holding Two clubs or any Q.

Even calling I think it's -EV in this spot. Fold vs his 1/2 bet on the flop. Easy game
