The villain is 21/17/af4.2/3B:7, 957 hands

One of the regs in the game.

I'm seriously thinking about calling this river over bet.

Spoiler

He is from Poland. Enough said.

Did I check flop for this? I don't know. May be. I actually don't know this V at all. I took notes after the hand. It was worthwhile, imo.

I would Cbet most of the time for thin value and protection.
Your own though process is also interesting to know.
If villain is bluff happy a call on river isn't to crazy. Seems like a nuts or air bet on river of villian.

Agreed,
This is polarized.

However, three to a suit on board are ideal bluff spots, and by checking the flop back, you get opponent to think "He never has an Ace here..."

...wishing you the very best for a peaceful, prosperous 2021,
VS
