Hey guys, ive been putting some thought into defending vs the resteal in 6 max, i jjst downloaded equilab, im a little rusty playing at the moment, anyways on to my theory, lets say the standard player resteals hands in this range.
Ive chosen a tighter range for the lower stakes id like to discuss about
Ok so lets say the average player resteals this kind of range give or take, now lets see how we can work out our calling range from the BTN or CO as long as were in position, we have extra advantage.
What do you guys think of this, we have 45% equity vs there range and we are in position usually getting pot odds of 2-1, so really even if we are 3bet holding J8s its an easy call, since were going to win 45% of the pot and were presented with 33% calling equity, also we have position, and when the player is even more of a looser aggressive player, its an even easier call, i guess it depends on your post flop play?
