The difficulty of Random Number Generators

If you take a look here:
https://www.calculator.net/permutation-and-combination-calculator.html?cnv=52&crv=52&x=59&y=21

You'll see that there are 80,658,175,170,943,878,571,660,636,856,403,766,975,289,505,440,883,277,824,000,000,000,000 different ways or ordering 52 cards.
To put that in perspective, if you dealt 100 billion hands different hands every second, you would not repeat a hand in a time period longer than the age of the universe.

Because in poker, suits don't matter except for flushes, there are far, far fewer distinct poker "deals"
Even so, it illustrates the difficulty.

On scripting tool I use has a "random number" function, however read this bit from the help file:

Known limitations for floating point: 1) only about 4,294,967,296 distinct numbers can be generated for any particular range, so all other numbers in the range will never be generated

Note also that it would be possible to randomly determine each successive card, which works around that limitation.
