I've been with stars around 8 years i withdrew and deposited in the past with no problems. i even cashed out around 2 months ago. i now won a couple of MTT tournaments when i wanted to cash out, my stars account got blocked and after contacting support they requested various legal documents. i sent everything. they kept asking for the same documents over and over again, usually they kept simply sending me automated templates sometimes completely irrelevant to my situation this went on for WEEKS. a form kept popping up during login and i filled it correctly again and again during every login. Now comes the crazy stuff.
REJECT FUNDS (CANNOT CHANGE MIND LATER) ? wtf imagine someone accidentally gives up all his money
finally they started sending me emails like this:

Thank you for your email. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, we certainly did not expected this to happen.

We've reviewed your account and it's very likely that your personal details aren't in the state databases. The Czech regulator uses these databases to validate the players' details for the purposes of online gaming.

At this stage, we can only advise you to get in touch with the ministry of interior or your regional court to obtain more assistance.

This validation step is required for regulatory purposes and, as an operator, we must comply with it.

Any questions? Just let us know.

Syed Abrar Ahmed

after double checking that my documents are in indeed in order i contacted them again.
sadly i simply keep getting the same automated templates sometimes with a few extra words being thrown in...

at this point it has been over a month and i feel i did everything i could to resolve the issue. prehaps there is some bug in the system?, unfortunately i couldnt get anyone from pokerstars support to work with me on resolving it.

Any suggestions ?
Any ideas?
Thx in advance guys and may the flops be with you. :diamond: :spade:  :club:

Don't Czech players have to register somewhere (state facility) first? They are clearly saying you are not in the state database so it seems you haven't followed the procedure :f_confused:

It may take time -- especially if they use postal mail.
Be patient.

All the best,
