I did rake $18.43 yersterday morning, new promo says that the next day you got a spin giving you a rakeback % of it, but i just log in and there's nothing... Where's the spin ? It says in the promo that the spin exprire in 24h too...

Edit; i did read from a 2019 message on the net ( probably already had this promo ) that the spin wheel should pop up alone... I don't understand why mine doesnt pop, nothing in my mails too.
I did messaged the support, but actually they so slow to answer the promo gonna be ended, this site is soooooooooo trash and tilt induce

I noticed this promo also -- but did not receive a spinner.
I didn't read the T&C though...
In the email, the fine print reads:

I'm guessing that I didn't rake the minimum, but I should be able to check with PT4
The first item in the T&C is
The Promotion shall commence on 01/22/2021 and shall conclude on 02/07/2021 (the “Promotion Period”).
So if I had raked enough yesterday, I should have got a spin.
Checking PT4 shows my "rake contributed" to be 30 cents

The last days the spin didn't pop up for me too. Normally it came right early in the morning or later around 8pm.
Trying their banner resulted only in a popup searching for the application or telling me to try install a newer version of the software.
Never use a phone personnally it's on pc. Since that day it never poped again, i think i missed one more spin. I messaged support about it the first time it's been like 5 days and still no answer... I feel like i receive answers from them only when it's not important lol No hope really to get my cashback back coming from 888, feels like just another scammy situation

I also noticed that sometimes the daily spin promo -- the one where you get one spin on the PC and on the phone -- occasionally gives only 1 spin, and says, "You already spun today" on the second attempt.
And this is what i received by the support after 5-6 days of waiting... Every time i report a problem, they answer me that lol This is so embarassing to have such a trash support... How the hell this room can be ranked in the top rooms around the world

Yes, that makes sense -- however the support tech want's the error message that appears when you try to access the spin.
In my case I haven't even seen the option to play the cashback spinner lately...

Well i can say it now, this room is 100% a scam room.
I'm playing poker seriously for over 5 years, and 10 years since my first hand online. I played multiple rooms, never experimented this kind of things.
The message they answered me to;

If you look at the number of hands i played from february 4th to february 7th and my rake paid, the days i logged on the software, and the bonuses i did received.
You'll see that i should have received cashback from the promo on those days but did not received it. The spin wheel did not pop!I did everything you say to do to provide issue when i tried to reach my spins between february 4th - february 7th, but did not worked.
Sorry but this is extremely frustrating to receive that kind of support, it's always the same when i contact 888 support
