no problem.
The two I remember are:
 "Retired" is missing from occupations
 The option to decline to answer should be included in the income section, and perhaps in the age section also.

The first missing option is of course an oversight on my part, i will try to account for this error when analyzing the data.
Regarding your other points, this has been done purposefully because i don't want to encourage people to skip questions, this is a frequent problem in survey design. Maybe i should have mentioned once more that the survey is completely anonymous at that point. If someone feels really uncomfortable sharing certain information they can still skip these questions nevertheless.

Yup I get that.
I do a lot of surveys on line -- or I did -- and there I get points for doing the survey.
When I have 20K points, I get 20 bucks.
So when I'm bored, I can usually find a survey to do.

Almost all of those surveys have "decline to answer" options in those categories.
Some have that option in education as well.
