Okay I know how the pot odds work however most of the time (97%) I'm on a draw I'm faced with bad pot odds.. I call some times to aggro opponents and even then I still dont get pay off....
What can i do to improve????

This article -- The Basics: Odds & Outs
Has a section called Pot odds – Can I profitably play my hand?
That section looks at basic pot odds:
for example, if you have a flush draw, your drawing odds are 4:1 and if you're only required to call a 1/3 pot bet, you can call and in the long run you'll come out ahead.
Don't forget implied odds.
If you hit, you may get opponent to bet even more, so sometimes it is profitable to call with slightly worse odds.
For example:
You hold 7♦:6♦: and the board is 4♦:5♦:A♠:
You have 9 outs for the flush, and 8 outs for the straight so 17 outs and only 47 unknowns -- 1.75:1 odds.
If you hit though, you may get paid a lot more by someone holding Ax
Do you have Equilab?
If not, that link is to a free download.
Equilab shows that your monster draw is actually ahead of Ax on that flop.
