T9s - 3bet Pot - Bluff River?

What a runout.. The flop started pretty decently for you. With the 3bet pre-flop, I would say villain could have a better overpair in his range.
Without any stats it's hard for me to really give an answer to jam it or not. I tried to type out a reply but I removed it again. Sorry I hope someone else can give you a better answer. I am very curious too.

you have much more than just showdown value with a strong combo draw like this because you have so much raw equity as well as your fold equity.If you give villain QQ+ your actually a 56% favourite with your raw equity vs over pairs + then take in to account some fold equity.So with strong combo draws you can definitely raise the flop and go with the hand even vs the top of villains range your in good shape and ahead unless they have sets and even then you have 40% raw equity.But villain will also have some fd's maybe oesd's maybe something like 87s all of which your in good shape vs.Calling flop is ok but again you have enough equity+ fold equity to think about raising turns. Although i probably prefer raising flop and hopefully taking control of the pot on the turn we can then decide how to play turns if villain checks to us.Or we can just go with the hand on the flop if villain shoves knowing were in good shape vs villains over all range

Flop: it's close between raise and call. since you have showdown value (top pair), calling is probably better. if you have a straight flush draw without any pair value, raising is almost always better - generate the fold equity.

you can consider folding the River - you block his straight and flush draw 3-barrel bluffs

@monteCarlol I probably lean this way for the reasons given thinking about it more so in your op you were correct when you said calling might be better because we have the top pair and showdown value.Although i don't think raising is ever a mistake because of the raw equity+fold equity but raising our non showdown combo draws does make much better sense.Although generally speaking you cant do much wrong with strong combo draws whether you raise or call it's just choosing the best combos to do which with.
