does anyone else have the problem, that there is no field to put in any bonus code during the deposit process. I tried every payment method and in app as well as with the web browser, but nothing to see. I sent a support ticket to PokerStars, but still waiting for answer for 3 days now.

Hmmm, I just tried a deposit up to the point of actually clicking "deposit" and can verify that up to this point, there is no way to input a code.
In my case it is perhaps due to the fact that I don't have a code

I wanted to deposit with a Vegas bonus code - so in my case there is a bonus code. Also - what is a little bit weird - I´m eligible for a welcome offer, but by clicking on the link, it cannot find the website 
And I´m pretty sure, that I entered THIRTY during my first deposit, but I don´t have any bonus money 
3 days is pretty long. Have you checked your spam box in your mail the last couple of days?
Otherwise I would do it again with using the 'help' function in the PokerStars client and go to 'contact us'.
