Is this flop a check/fold or is that too weak?

I would call the flop
It looks well played to me actually
If nothing else, you lost the least.

One question though -- is TT a standard 3Bet vs MP when in the blinds?
If it is that is a wide 3Bet range -- what do you flat?
What do you do with a 4Bet?

Since you 3Bet pre-flop, the Ace is solidly in your 3Bet range, so CBetting, or even x/r the flop makes perfect sense

If villain open raises a lot then I think this 3bet is for value, and at least I have initiative when out of position. The reason I didn't cbet is that I want to control the pot size, and I don't see much value or bluff equity in the bet.
