do you peel turn or bet flop? or even iso

I would consider to isolate the limper with a 3x range.
Only problem is that you need to call a potential shove of the BB.

As played I would go for a thin value and protection bet on flop. 1/3 pot seems decent.
Peeling turn is tough. Villain is betting out of position in to 2 villains and decent change you face a shove if you call. I expect yu need to hit to win and is folding not to bad I think.
