Welcome to PokerStrategy.com! 
To calculate the rakeback percentage, you need to know the amount of rake you paid.
If you look at the hand history you will see the amount paid in rake by all players.
The amount that is your contribution is
(Y/P) * Rake
Where Y is the amount you put it, and P is the amount of the pot.
This must be done for each hand.
A tracker like PokerTracker or Hold'em Manager will do this for you.
Once you have that, you take the amount you received and divide by your total contribution
If you already know the percentage, then multiply the total contribution by the percentage given to get the amount to expect.
Note that some rooms don't include the rake in their hand histories -- GGPoker for example. For those rooms, PokerTracker will calculate the rake for you based on the published rake rate.

Hi guys , I've got some questions
1) does hm3 count the rake automatically, or I have to set I up ?
2) is rake taken if there is no action e.g I cb the flop and villain folds , do I pay the rake for my CB?

1) Most hand histories specify the rake taken -- so HM3 doesn't need to calculate it, since it is there. (see the example in the spoiler)
Some rooms like GGPoker don't include the rake in their hand histories. PokerTracker 4 will calculate it based on GGPoker's published rake table.
I assume HM3 does as well.
What does need to be calculated is how much of the rake belongs to you.
The way this is done varies from room to room, but HM3 will calculate this correctly.
2)No flop, no drop is the policy of most poker rooms. If you win the blinds (and any other dead money) pre-flop then no rake is taken. On GGPoker (and perhaps other sites) the pot is raked pre-flop as well. Not surprisingly, GGPoker doesn't explicitly state this in their rake table ( https://en.ggpoker.com/poker-games/texas-holdem/ -- scroll way down to find the rake table)
