How should i play this hand better? Is pushing all-in in that situation ok? or a min-raise is better?

You are still deep enough to just min raise. I would only shove with a effective stack of <15bb first in. Now you take a variance approach and I expect most villains in a hot 55c aren't to familiar with ICM at a final table. That's why it's also smart to give us the paid out structure or you can use a tool like Holdem resources calculator or Icmizer.
