1. Preflop its fold or 3bet. Dont call especially offsuit broadways as their playability in multiway spots is very low
2.On flop you have mandatory raise for two reasons - firs you want to start building pot against Tx and Jx. Second - you want to charge draws. Remember that you want to force them to make expensive calls, not let them turn and river cards for free.
3. You deserved to be punished for slowplaying and there you go. Thats exactly what happens when you let them draw for free.

I didn't look at my SHC before I posted this. It does indeed say AJo is a 3Bet, with the provision that it is a fold to a 4Bet.
And punished I surely was
