ZOOM to bluff or not to bluff?

Would you try to take over the pot somewhere in this hand?
Villain is showing a lot of weakness. Would you bet out on the river for example?

This is also a spot you could think of 4betting pre-flop, but that's villain depended.
Problem with bluffing the rive that this board is pretty dry and that could make it tough to get a mid pair to fold.
