Villain is a reg and later on I discovered that he 3 bets often.
Anyways, here many times I've seen overpairs as the hand was played.
I lost against TT, JJ, QQ, KK, AA and think he wasn't even bluffing me with AK on that spot with a 3rd barrel.
What do you think, good fold or I had to make the last call?
I would definitely raise/stack off on the Flop with TPTK and a flush draw. Our Equity vs AA, KK, QQ is not that bad and we have a lot of outs. The way you played I am definitely folding the river without information that the villain is not 3barrel as a bluff when missed a draw ( there isn't so many draws and you have blockers for them).

Probably a call with tptk villain needs 6 bluff combos to make it +ev getting 3/1 you need 25% equity it's possible villain takes this line with say QQ+,8d7d,8h7h,8c7c,Ad4d,Ah4h,Ac4c unblocking flush draws giving you 28%.Depending how balanced villain is maybe they have some more bluffs maybe less but i dont think calling here can be much of a mistake.Villain can also be taking this line with hands like AK AQ blocking AA KK QQ and you likely 4bet KK+ so they aren't in your range to often.
Looking at amount of stack he left himself on the river, he is completely unbalanced. Most likely towards value.

The flop is a x/c. You have a pair plus redraw to the nuts, no need to create fold equity when you have strong showdown value.
As played i'd fold the river. Vs a triple barrel this is a fold, and not that it means much but you block his bluffing range of AsXs meaning he'll be more weighted towards value.
