Villain is unknown.
His cold call 3bet makes me play the hand the way I played it...
How would you play the hand?

think the way you played it is fine. normally c/c/bet river is a strong line from OOP

Seems well played I think. Not sure why villain would lead the river, but I expect there is a decent change you are up against a full house. Otherwise leading makes no sense I think.
