You don't say how long ago you joined, but often the connection between PokerStars and PokerStrategy.com might take several business day.
No forum members have access to account information.
If more than a few days have passed I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.
