I don't think so, you could lead flop with your draw but with 3 other people ion the pot is is not usefull since chances are you are getting called and will be oop on very marginal turn/river spots without improvement.

i like your play.
its not good to make a semi bluff on the flop with that many players in the hand.
on the turn you have a pai´r+ a flush draw so you have alot of outs and i would call too.
on the river you could bet, but a check call looks better to me.
because you dont know exactly where you stand, and i dont want to be raised if i bet, so i would go for a check/call here
