What about this hand? In particular would you have done something different on the turn or river?

Looks fine to me.
When you raise the river, there are lot of plausible 2-pair hands that can call

Only thing I would differently is to bet the river as well for value. Especially if villain is passive.
If you check you need to hope villain will change a busted draw in to a bluff, but on the long run I expect you miss value with a check.
