We are lat 3 at ft just make a deal and play just for bounty ,i am not sure about this move with 16bb shove against minraise and guy from japan who i cover , he have some big bounty on him ..

First off, I would not make a deal at a bounty tournament, unless the deal can include splitting the bounties.
I did this once, and regretted it, since the bounties were very large relative to the difference between 1st and 2nd place.
Stack depth seems a bit high to open shove, even with a deal in place.
3 handed it makes still sense to make a deal and play for the bounties, but HU it's has no use anymore or GGpoker is using a different paid out structure than PokerStars. On PokerStars 1st and 2nd prize is basicly the same and than you play only for the bounties.
Blind against blind a shove is fine with A7o. You walked this time against the top of villains range or villian is really tight.

This is a very special situation because you cover the big bounty button. I will aim for that fat bounty and keep my stack over his, to keep my chance alive to bust him and collect his bounty. If you have some slightly edge on these two guys or just one of them is a fish, I will definetly keep the variance down and never seek for these slightly +EV moves! GG btw!
