2nd nutstraight against turn donk

You lack the critical A blocker, but you do have full-house outs.
I am no PLO expert, but it seems that a flat call would be OK

Yea.. if I had that critical nutblocker I would have the nuts too
But I do actually have the Q as a nutblocker.

Would anyone ever find a good reason to raise turn here? I am thinking along the line that I do have the 2nd nuts but half the deck will turn my hand into a bluffcatcher on the river

Versus sensible opponent our hand is pretty much bluff catcher with some improvement potential. Of course villain is playing way too wide preflop and potentially might overvalue some KJ or JJ type so I don't think turn shove is totally absurd. But in general I would just call. Bad turn cards can also work in way that villain check AQ and we can check to showdown.

Theory wise there is perhaps possibility to bluff on some pairing cards versus check but I would be very careful in attempts to get straights to fold.
